The Ride for Mental Health is the premier ride for mental health in the nation. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event which is based in New Paltz, NY and takes place on June 27 & 28. You can ride Saturday or Sunday or both. We have a 14 mile rail trail option as well as several road routes. The road riding is the best in the area. Choose between 25, 50 or 100 miles. The most popular option is to ride the 50 north on Saturday, come to our fabulous dinner on Saturday evening and return Sunday to ride the 50 south.

Come ride with Olympians Nelson Vails and Wayne Stetina. Nelson won a silver medal in the '84 Games and Wayne is a 13 time national champion and a member of the USA Cycling Hall of Fame. Wayne also won the Little 500 twice which is the race made famous by the movie Breaking Away. Wayne describes our dinner as the best Fondo banquet that he has ever had.

One lucky rider will win a 2-night stay for two at the Mohonk Mountain House. We are also having a KoM and QoM competition this year for the fastest man and woman over the Gunks.
