RIDE Someplace NEW !!!

1) MONTREAL - CHAMPLAIN RIDE - August 1-4     OR Champlain Rides only -August 3-4

WCC event -Shared with Sound Cyclists

For some international Flavor, and Car Free Bike Paths along Canals and The Saint Lawrence come ride with WCC in Montreal!  Enjoy incredible restaurants with tradiditonal Canadian dishes.  We start with a Short ride Thursday afternoon along the Lachine Canal and St Laurence river. On Friday we start with the same routes but finish with explorqaation of the bridges, islands. and locks along the St Lawrence and include an optional climb to the top of Mount Real for scenic views of the city, before heading back to the states to our hotel in Plattsburgh.  Hotels in both Cities have reasonable cancellation policy.

Montreal just made Top 10 Worldwide places to cycle .- Ride Thursday Afternoon and Friday morning- mostly on bike paths along Canal and St. Lawrence rapids.  Optional climb up Mont Royale for beautiful views of City and River.  

Friday after ride,  we move to Plattsburgh for Champlain Rides.

Ride with WCC and SCC along the Champlain Lake and Islands on Saturday July 3 with mostly flat distances up to 70 miles and beyond,  There are routes as short as 28 miles as well.
Sunday we ride to Burlington Vermont across the unique and scenic Island Line, 3 miles across Lake Champlain, with a Lunch stop at the Annual Dragon Boat festival.  This ride is on beautiful mixed pavement and gravel paths and roads that are generally far smoother and better maintained than those locally.

Riders pay thousands of dollars for multi day tours like this, WCC offers this for the cost of hotel rooms and food.

3) Seacoast Century - September 21- Nuff said! One of the prettiest rides in the entire Northeast!
